Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase!  

In case you don't, we have a 14-day return policy. We will refund the value of your return to the original method of payment. In the case of a gift being returned, the credit will be issued on a Lavender and Sage Gift Card. 
 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags attached. 
 
For online orders please email info@lavenderandsageshop.com and we will send you a free return shipping label within 24 hours. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final clearance items or on gift cards. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Giving a gift… 

We want anyone receiving a gift from Lavender and Sage to love it! If they don’t, no worries, we’ll take care of them! We make it easy to exchange gifts and will help them find something they’ll love - or credit them the purchase price on a Lavender and Sage gift card.
